Our Mission
The West Jersey Rotary Scholarship Foundation is an IRS-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing scholarships to senior high school students in Burlington County, New Jersey.
Our foundation works closely with guidance counselors at four local high schools to identify and nominate deserving seniors who demonstrate academic excellence, community involvement, and financial need.
Scholarships are financed through the generous annual donations of our supporters and a carefully managed endowment fund, ensuring we can continue to invest in our community's future for years to come.
How We Work
Each year, we reach out to guidance counselors at four Burlington County high schools, inviting them to nominate outstanding seniors for our scholarship awards.
Our five trustees carefully review each nomination, considering academic achievement, community service, character, and financial need before selecting scholarship recipients.
Recipients receive funds to help offset the costs of higher education, supporting their transition from high school to college or vocational training.
